The House and Garden
This is a home away from home, a wonderful family self catering house, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house is spacious and cosy at the same time. It is surrounded by a luxurious Sub Tropical garden and well kept. The garden is private from the street surrounded by artistic walls. The security has been taken care of by extra trellises on the walls, Electronic gate, Automatic Garage Doors and Spanish burglar proof as well as safety doors. There is also an alarm system Lock-up garage for three to four cars and more secure parking. There is a full time servant, Olga who does the cleaning, washing etc. She also has cooking abilities and included in the price

Outdoor Braai Area
Situated between palm trees and tropical plants, this area is ideal to entertain during the wonderful weather conditions of the South Coast. Private. Ideal for birding. Undercover braai. This is the ideal spot to take care of unpredictable weather conditions. Table tennis & darts in the garage. Bring your own bats, balls & darts etc.

Bella Marlichelle is in the atmospheric little town of Ramsgate with its restaurants, art galleries, and antique shops as well as supermarkets. The house is walking distance. This beach is sheltered, protected and not over crowded. There is a tidal pool and a lagoon with canoes. Here you will find the Blue Lagoon restaurant on the beach and the famous Waffle house. There is also a small Craft market. The beach is surrounded by lovely picnic spots under trees, and on lawns.

From the house is a pathway and it takes about two minutes to walk to beautiful rocks, fishing and a stretched out golden beach towards Margate. There is also a scenic path and boardwalk next to the breakers towards the swimming beach. About 400 meters down the street is the Blue Flag beach of Ramsgate. Margate Airport is 15km away. Durban is just over an hour's drive. The Wild Coast Sun is approximately half an hour away. Margate as well as Southbroom is five minutes drive away or a nice walk along the beach. The International Airport at Durban, King Chaka is approximately one and a half hour's drive away.

• - Please no other guests allowed on the premises than those booked, unless previously arranged with the owners.
• - Please take note that this is a residential area and no loud music after 23h00.
• - Check out time is 11h00, unless otherwise arranged. Please be so kind as to leave the keys with Olga.
• - For your own safety, please lock all the outside doors (especially the sliding doors), gate and garage door.
• - Guests must take responsibility for their children in the house
• - Olga is staying in the servant’s quarters. She works in the house full time and is at your service for an extra fee
• - There is an inventory. For any damage leave the correct amount of money to replace or contact owner.
• - Remember to bring your own towels and for the DSTV your own Smart Card.
• - If there is anything we can do to better your stay, please let us know.

R500 per person per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
